Overview

I am an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Before that, I was a faculty member at Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen. I received my PhD in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2019, under the supervision of Prof. Cong Wang. I was a postdoctoral fellow with Data61, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, Sydney, Australia, where I was advised by Dr. Surya Nepal. My current research interests are focused on machine learning security and privacy, secure networked systems, and secure outsourced computation. My research works have been published in reputable venues such as USENIX Security, CCS, ESORICS, AsiaCCS, DSN, TDSC, and TIFS.
